    • Fan Coil Type setting is used to define system type for the fan (depends on isntallation):

    • 2-pipe cooling: fan can only cool the area

    • 2-pipe heating: fan can only cool the area

    • 2-pipe heat or cool: fan can cool or heat the area depending on changeover options

    • 4-pipe: fan heats or cools depending if the setpoint is higher or lower then the current temperature

  4. Position yourself in HVAC 1/4 menu
    • Position yourself in HVAC 1/4 menu

    • Valve actuator: determines the signal type to control the actuator. Depends on installed equipment. Can be:

    • On/Off : simple binary signal

    • PWM: pulse width modulation signal

    • 0-10V: Voltage between 0 and 10V proportional to percentage of open signal

    • Not available in 4-pipe mode

    • Fan motor type: can be 3 speed or EC motor

  5. Position yourself in HVAC 1/4 menu
    • Position yourself in HVAC 1/4 menu

    • ECM voltage: The analog output signal (AO1) for the EC motor can be configured with three parameters:

    • ECM OFF Voltage: If this value is different from zero volts for the controlled EC motor fan, adjust the ECM OFF voltage to a value that will turn off the ECM fan

    • ECM Min Speed Voltage: Defines the minimum signal value and the minimum speed of the fan (20 %)

    • ECM Max Speed Voltage: Defines the maximum signal value and the maximum speed of the fan (100 %)

    • Use + and - buttons to increase or decrease values

    • Press value button to enter Keyboard to input ECM value number. ECM values are in range from 0V - 10.0 V

    • Press Save to confirm changes

    • VAV controlled by: determine which setpoints shall influence turning on VAV output. Can be:

    • Disabled

    • Heating

    • Cooling

    • CO2

    • Heat & CO2

    • Cool & CO2

  7. Position yourself in HVAC 2/4 menu

    • Changeover signal: for 2-pipe heat or cool choose the way system selects it works in heating or cooling mode. It can be: Internal or CBMS

    • Heating changeover Temp ???

    • Adjust P-band and I-time for each PI controller

    • P-band determines the speed of change. Higher number = faster change, but more volatile ???

    • I-time determines the slowness of change. Higher number = slower change, but more accurate with less overshoot ??

    • Use + and - buttons to increase values by 0.1

    • Press value button to enter Keyboard to input number

    • Press Save to confirm changes
